Sherri and Todd (Waiting for Emma) have been doing just that. Waiting for Emma, for almost 4 years. All you have to do is comment on Sherri's post, buy a scrap of fabric for Emma's quilt, and a scrapbook page to go with it.
Now comes the fun part. You go to Hobby Lobby, or any store that has fabric and scrapbook supplies. You pick out a piece of fabric, and a sheet of scrapbook paper that coordinates with it. You can write a poem, or your wishes for Emma, and then attach the fabric to the scrapbook paper, and voila! A little girl gets blessed with your wishes and prayers.
