Matthew 11:28
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
I decided to take Jesus at His Word, and enter into His rest. I opened up my Bible, and decided to read it differently this time. I decided to read only the red letters. As I started meditating on the Scriptures, the sweet presence of God fell upon me. I started envisioning myself in a lovely garden. The garden was so real, I could see the vines and the trees, I could hear the birds singing, and a waterfall was rushing somewhere in the background. Before I even knew what was happening, I had started a blog.
This is God's blog, not mine. So there will be no (visible) followers or comments. I then contacted Traci at Ordinary Inspirations, and asked for her help. After describing the rustic, woodsy look I was after, she came up with the perfect header. Then she added some sweet buttons, and my secret garden came to life! The same vision God had given me, He started downloading to Traci, and the finished product? Well, here. Check it out for yourself:
